Stowe Boyd has it right about coComment:
“They should roll out a plug-in for the major blog services so that CoCommenting is natively supported. I, as a blogger, would install the plugin, and then CoComment could look the user up based on the email address they leave behind in the comment fields.”
Out of the 10 last times I left a comment somewhere, in about 12 I forgot to push the friggin’ button.
Thankfully, they said they’re working on it.

I recommend co.mments.
It may be just a glorified comments RSS reader, but it works on (almost) all sites. the almost is because I am yet to come upon a site which does not get reflected in the co.mments ability.
The best part is you can track it anytime, before submitting your comment, after submitting, during submission. You choose.
Personally, I use it to clear out older comments and read the newer ones on the site, since you can never remember what the discussion is all about whatever you do.
I recommend you go ahead and give it a spin. I think, you’ll like it.
